Hello, I am Dr. Trina Wiggins
As a former Stanford gymnast, looking back at my competition photo, every one of them showed me covered from head to toe in stark white chalk. More than 50 years later, I’m surprised that no one has created a chalk that actually complements the wide range of natural skin tones that athletes represent.
The truth is, no one’s skin is pure white like traditional chalk.
